What to Expect from Your Initial Consultation

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your substance use goals, answer your questions about online SUD treatment, and explore how our services might support you. There's no pressure—just a conversation about what you need. All services are provided exclusively via secure telehealth; there is no in-person care.

Who We Serve

We work exclusively with **adults (18+)** throughout Minnesota who need substance use disorder treatment. Most clients are referred for SUD-related reasons: court requirements, probation conditions, CPS-involved cases, or self-referred. Treatment is delivered 100% online via secure telehealth at a 2.1-equivalent intensity (minimum 10 hours per week in the early phase), provided by an LADC in private practice with co-occurring expertise.

Fees & Insurance

We accept Medicaid (PMAP, MA, MinnesotaCare) and offer sliding scale options for self-pay clients. Financial barriers should never prevent you from accessing care.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can self-refer or be referred by courts, CPS, or other agencies.

Is any in-person treatment available?

No. All services are provided exclusively online via secure telehealth; there is no physical office for in-person sessions. A mailing address is used for administrative purposes only, not for client visits.

What if I'm not ready for treatment?

That's okay. We meet you where you are. Harm reduction and readiness-building are part of our approach.
